Saliva bubbles

Does anybody get saliva bubbles inside their trays??? I am on tray #2 now, and find that I am getting bubbles inside my trays which makes me rather selfconcious when I speak now, for fear I may start splashing people!!!! I did not have this issue with tray #1. I should add that tray #2 feels like an impressive fit - really well formed to the gums this time, more so that tray #1. So I can't think a loose fit could be the cause.
