Not the Blue Gunk Again!!!

I had an appointment yesterday. The last time I went I had to step back a few trays because things weren't fitting as nicely as they should be, there are 4 teeth in a row that have space between them and the aligners, every other one fits like a glove. Yesterday he had me pop in #30 and said "Well its fits better than the last time we tried it but it still not perfect." He gave me 2 options - try this one for 3 weeks and see if the fit improves and the spacing diminishes or get new molds done now (like RIGHT now?
) for a mid-term adjustment (not sure that really the right term..) and go forward with a whole new set of trays.
I've read its not uncommon to need an adjustment at this point but the though of that Blue Gunk in my mouth again YUCK!!! So I opted for giving this tray 3 weeks and then he'll make the call as to whether or not I need new molds done. Worse case is my treatment is delayed by this 3 weeks but at this point what's another 3 weeks (or months for that matter).
I was telling him how I'm getting anxious to start seeing some changes and feel like not much is happening lately. Of course staring at my teeth at least 3 times a day everyday makes it harder to notice the changes from the begin to now. So we went into his office and took a look at the pictures of my teeth before we started treatment and OMG what a difference!!!
My arch is really starting to round out and I have 1 tooth that was practically hidden behind another tooth that now inline with everything else.
If any of you are feeling like your in a slump over the long process ask your ortho to take a look at your before pics, it is certainly a big moral boosted.
