invisalign extrusion

Does anyone out there have any experience with extrusion (making teeth taller) using invisalign? My lateral incisors are shorter than my two front teeth and i was thinking about asking my ortho on my next appointment. Im on tray 1 of 2.

thanks for the reply. and no i dont have any buttons yet. after more research and remembering what my ortho said i think im actually on the red white and blue plan. He wanted to widen my arch and fix the crowded tooth on my lower set. I hope all that can be done with only three trays. Is anyone familiar with red white and blue?
