I'm not real sure, but I think I messed up and only wore the last aligners for one week (rather than two like I'm supposed to). I just switched to the new ones a few days ago. My schedule has been so crazy lately that I honestly can't remember!!! I can't go by the standard time line b/c there have been a few times that I had to wear them a few days longer. I'm not sure, but I'm leaning on that it was only one week. I feel like a dork for messing this up-duh!!!

I'm thinking (& hoping!!) that if I only did it this one time it shouldn't be a big deal????

Anyone know if there are any "side effects" of only wearing them one week rather than two?

I think u will be ok its only if u do it all the time iv done it before and changed after 8 or 9 days because I wanted a new set in before hols
