Metal Mouth Message Board

I've seen a lot of posts saying that people can't chew gum with Invisalign, but as someone who is about to get Invisalign, and someone who in the past when I was younger had metal braces and was not "supposed" to chew gum either and still did...I was just wondering if anyone has come across/found any gum that does not make the trays sticky, etc., and has managed to control their gum "cravings" with it.

from what i have heard you can chew freedent gum...i guess any kind of gum that is safe for people with dentures..i have not tried it yet but i plan on getting some tomorrow.
