but i have a question.
i know they give you a starter kit type thing when you get your 1st aligners.
what is in the kit?
i know you get a case and i know my dentist gives me this tooth brush thing.
but what else?

I just got mine last Wednesday as well. In my starter kit, I got two containers, two chewy things to help the aligners fit in tight, then just the info/paperwork. I didn't get any toothbrush or whitening or hook thing that I have heard others do. Good luck.

All I got was the 2 containers, a toothbrush and a sample of toothpaste. I'd ask for the hook to get them off, just in case you need it. Also, make sure you keep all of your used aligners. I've seen people on here that have had to go back several aligners. Also, if something happens to your current aligner, you want to make sure you have your last aligner to fall back on! Good luck and remember...compliance is the key!

ok well i got my aligners on wednesday.
they did pretty good the 1st day except alot of discomfort cuz it was tight.
but other than that it is good.
right behind my bottom teeth the aligners are really sharp so they are irratating my tounge..

and my dentist gave me all 25 aligners... so i get to hold on to them all....

i just opened my 4th ones... and i will get buttons or attachments before i put my 4th ones on...
i just opened them and found that i will have 9! attachments
and 1 is on my front tooth

I got samples of the cleaning tablets also with my first set.

I'm surprised they gave you all the aligners all at once. I'd think they'd be scared you'd lose them, or never come back for your checkups. I always only got 2 at a time. They just gave me my last 3 though for the first time.

Your should get used to the lower aligner and stop rubbing it with your tongue.
