do attachments come off easily?

Hi all, just curious, when you had your attachments removed did they come off easily or did you find your tooth was left with a matte flat finish? Can you tell there was ever an attachment there to begin with? Does your tooh look the same as before (only straighter of course) I'm only asking because I had a tooth bonded before and noticed it's not as shiny as the rest of my teeth so I'm a little concerned that the bonded attachments will do the same thing. Thanks!
