I'm on tray 3 (of 9 uppers, 15 lowers) and am pretty happy so far, although I can't wait to be done before my wedding!

However, everyone seems to need refinements! If I do then that means I'll still have them on for my wedding, probably complete with attachments! I'm getting married away, so it's not like I can have the attachments off then go back in the next day or whatever...

So I'm seeking anyone whose teeth came out perfect first time to reassure me!

Don't panic! Even if you do need refinements, I have heard of people having the attachments removed for the wedding. You can still wear the aligners without the attachments on- the bumps will just be empty.

Maybe start quizzing your ortho on what will happen in this situation though.

If you require refinements, is there any chance your attachments can be placed on the back of your teeth? I have two attachments on the back of my upper front teeth. While these are a bit uncomfortable and make it a little harder to chew, they can't be seen. I do have other attachments outside on my pre-molars but they are very difficult to spot.
