I requested a plastic top and lower retainer instead of the wired retainer on top and permanent wire retainer on bottom and got them. I bought the Crest Pro Effects whitestrips (which worked wonders on the first treatment) to whiten my teeth. Two hygenists said to use these that they worked as good as having them done in the office and cheaper also. All in all I had a very positive experience with Invisalign.
