I've been getting a lot of colds since starting invisalign. Have others experienced the same? What's the best prevention?

I've heard this from other Invisalign wearers but haven't experienced it myself. My thinking is that is has to do with how often we have to stick our hands in our mouths. I am very careful to wash my hands well before removing or reinserting my aligners and like I said I haven't had problems with colds. Not yet anyway, I'm only on my 4th set of trays!
