Getting treated by my dentist in Chicago, Illinois. Original price was $4800 but my dentist knocked off $1000 since my insurance refused to help out because of my age. He's a good guy and I've been going to him for years. So, I ended up paying $3800 total. I put it all on my credit card up front so that I could get airline miles, then I paid the whole thing off out of my savings before they could put any interest on it.
Treatment time, about 7 to 8 months. 15/U and 7/L.

I am also in Chicago. I am paying $5050.00 for treatment. I have 12U and 7L (but expect a few trays for refinements), so almost 6 months treatment time, with a few weeks waiting for refinements and then possibly another two months or so.
I am jealous of the deal you were able to strike with your dentist, ChicagoJohn!

1. Norway
2. About 6800 USD (40 000 NOK)
3. 1 year + 6 months refinements (25 trays + 12 trays)
Norway is generally a very expensive country, and the market for Invisalign is small so there is no competition

$5000 USD (it was $5700 but he knocked it down since my ins didn't cover any of it).
I was originally told 15-18 months (I have a overjet as well as straightening and such to correct), but I've already had one course correction that set me back about 8 weeks waiting for the revised plan/trays, so it could end up longer if that happens too many more times or I need lots of refinements. Even if it's 2 years it'll be better than the 3 1/2 years I had metal braces on as a teen LOL!

31U/31L
$5200 for everything, including x-rays, refinements, etc. etc. I have Invisalign Teen if that matters.
My insurance isn't covering anything. Now I wish I had negotiated! Price was much lower than others... one quoted me $7800!

I'm in Ohio. I am waiting for my trays to arrive so I don't know the exact treatment time yet. My ortho is estimating treatment time to be 16 months. I paid $4245.00 (after my insurance benefit of $1750.00) = $5595.00 total cost.

East Midlands, England.
£2750 (special offer marked down from £3250)
Approx 1 year (24L 21U)
With a dentist, rather than an orthodontist. Orthodontists around here were quoting 'from £4500', and no free consultation, so I took the risk to save cash.
