Another newbie here

Hi Everyone
I read some of the post and I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one.
It took me forever to take them out the first week. I broke my nails too. My teeth were sore. Now I can take them out without using a mirror.
I'm still on the first aligners and plan to change them Thursday night.
I got 12 month of treatment to close a front gap on the top and some minor small spaces on top and bottom.
