Hey, I wondered if people found it any more difficult or even less enjoyable to kiss when they have Invisalign in?!

Also, I'm worried about the possibility of losing weight through snacking less while wearing Invisalign as I'm already pretty skinny and so I wondered if people had any tips for things which could be easy to consume to keep energy levels up/stop me from withering away while keeping the Invisalign in?

I have never had any problems with kissing during my treatment
So don't worry about that. I had the same problem as you, I am already very slim and didn't need to loose any weight however I think I did loose a little bit as I wasn't able to snack as much as before. What I did I tried to drink smoothies to give myself those extra calories.
For me it was hard to snack because I wanted to keep my trays in for as long as possible. But everyone is different. Many times I would just skip my snacks as I couldn't have been bothered to brush my teeth afterwards.
I think smoothies as quite a good idea as they have lots of calories in them and you can just rinse your trays and your mouth out afterwards.
