Dry Mouth Relief - *WARNING* - Kinda Long Post

Hello all
Im entering my 3rd week of treatment and so far I have had 2 ulcers in my mouth and my gums near my upper back tooth became swallon for a few days. Was able to cure my ulcers just by literally sleeping with my mouth wide open so the moisture would't aid my uclers in sticking around for a longer period of time and for my swallon gum I gargled with peroxide. Problems solved!
Now here I am into my 3rd week and now Im suffering from dry mouth. I have been using biotene drymouth mouth wash for a few days now and it is a little relief, well more so during the nite time. My main problem with the dry mouth is during the day however. You see Im call center agent and I have to talk all day long which does not help my dry mouth at all, in which most of the time I find myself taking my aligners out just to get some relief. I know this is bad but what else am I to do? Ugh!!!
Any suggestions will by greatly appreciated.
Also - I find that most people have to keep their aligners in for 2 weeks before changing them, where I have to keep mine in for 3 weeks before changing them in which Im changing to my second set of trays tomorrow. Im just hoping that they fit considering all the times that I had to take my braces out just to get some relief in my mouth. Has any one else had this experience also???
