They're on! Seems like ages since first ortho appointment but here I am three hours into my treatment ... my mouth feels like its being slowly shredded away by the edges of the things and feel very conscious of the attachments ( 2 are on front teeth) but I know it'll be so worth it. Am tempted to file away the rough edges- anyone done this?

I've had rough spots/edges on almost every tray. I use a nail file (emery board) to file them smooth (I use the white/light side, not the red-orange coarser side).
Good luck!!

Thanks for the reply- I took a file to them and its much better. My new worry is how I'm going to survive without my beloved cups of tea!

I file my trays all the time. Often when I first put in a new set they need filing, and sometimes after the first week when they are seated really well they need a touch up.

I used to drink 5-6 cups per day, especially when I was at work.
Now I often go days without a single cup and don't really miss it. Every cup of tea that I do drink these days though taste amazing.
