Has anyone had TADs with Invisalign?

Has anyone had TADs with Invisalign? I was wondering if anyone has had a TAD placed to move teeth quicker with elastics.

I have a metal button glued on a bottom molar to hook onto an elastic from the upper canine. In my case, the elastic is used to correct my bite problem.

I have them on now.... they were a pain to get drilled into my jaw and since I have them I hate invisalign because now to eat I have to remove the rubber bands and the invisalign and I am also on jenny craig and I feel like I am not getting in all my hours with the invisalign because I am afraid of getting cavities! But now I am afraid that I am damaging my teeth! I am afraid of everything and I wish I would have went with braces sometimes but I already invested a lot into this. I just wish I could stop being so scared of everything I just dont want to lose my teeth
