End of refinements, but not straight

I'm in my last set of refinements and will be seeing my ortho in a few weeks. I have 2 teeth that are still not quite aligned yet.

-lower right lateral tooth still has to come forward a tiny bit
-lower right cuspid with an attachment still needs rotate in a little

I've been dilligent with my oral care (even scheduled extra dental cleanings) and wear time is 20-22 hours daily.

Another round of refinements seem to be in my near future. I have no problems with this because of the time and money I've vested.

My initial set was 30U/30L and refinements were 18U/22L. My course of treatment has been uneventful....until now.

Should I be concerned or is this common (2nd set of refinements)?

Any insights are welcomed

A 2nd set of refinement is common for more complex cases and/or for treatment by inexperienced providers. You seem to have a moderate or may be severe case. As long as your ortho is experienced with orthodontics and with Invisalign, you shouldn’t be concerned.
