I had a gap in my front teeth at one stage that my orthodontist has since closed up. Not sure if it was done purposely or not but it did make a difference to them.

I have fixed braces, not Invisalign but that's exactly what has happened for me :)

Sometimes its a case of things get a bit worse before they get better to where they need to be. Regular braces here but I have gaps where I never had gaps before and teeth in places they never have been before but It'll all get fixed.

In order to straighten teeth that are crowded, it isn't uncommon to need to create space around the adjacent teeth in order to make room to move them. This is temporary and the really nice thing is that while aligners are on, these small spaces will be relatively inconspicuous or invisible.
