Hi

I floss about 3-4 a day, I think I have flossed too much that it scraps the side of my mouth.
It really hurt whenever I open my mouth.

Does anyone has any tips how to make it easier?

Thank you

Have you thought about reducing the number of times you floss to maybe 2 times a day maximum?? I can understand brushing your teeth after every meal (I hate the feeling of food getting caught in my brackets), But I floss at least once a day, maximum twice (Morning and before bed)

I invested in a waterpik, and it's the best thing I've done as an alternative to flossing... Maybe you could use that In conjunction with manual flossing... That may reduce the pain when flossing (alternate between manual flossing and water-flossing)

Hope that helps :D
