I just had this invisalign treatment for one week, and today when i pulled out the aligners i noticed that my two bottom attachments were gone. I was wondering if anyone had been experiencing these problems with them falling off.
Now i am gonna have to go the doctors office on monday and get them put back on, I just hate having to make time for things like these.

I too had one of my bottom attachments fall off. It is incredibly annoying. It seems like I've had to go back, and back, and back, and back to my dentist for every little thing with my treatment.

After you have them replaced, make sure you take the aligner out gently. I know it's hard since it snaps into place, but thousands of us do it and the attachments generally take.

Just remember this: you do not have defective teeth. Your dentist is not using defective bonding agent. It's just one of those things. Maybe too much air got into the site where he tried to bond. Maybe there was some remaining water/saliva. Whatever it was, it will be fine next time!
