i have had 4 teeth extracted and managed to fool everyone (just eat soft food for 24 hours) and i have had my trays in for 2 months now and nobody has noticed either they are quite invisible or they are being very polite, maybe golden rule of staying arms length away from people really works is it common that nobody can tell you are wearing unless you point it out or get too close???

also noticed trays fit quite well even after 2 weeks when you have buttons on

they are in invisible to some people that don't stare at your teeth. Well I've never had anyone notice that was not 2 feet away from me. Only 1/3 of the time do people that stand real close to me notice because they stare at my teeth or something, other than that it's all good.

Do you guys have attachments on your front teeth? I had invisalign without any top attachments for 6 months and no one noticed but I think now people might be able to since I got 4 attachments on the front 4 teeth. I try to speak without moving my top lip up too much but not sure how it looks when I am not looking in the mirror :)

can`t really help you there i have 12 buttons but they are all round the sides so there are not an issue with me but because i did not have any buttons on for first couple of trays i like them because they keep the trays tighter when on second week.
