New..to braces...how do I add ticker

Hi everyone. Today is day three for me. I am struggling. I am wondering what I was thinking. I have had a lot of pain, and I hate the way my mouth looks. My front teeth now look even larger. Thinking I made a mistake going with clear on top. Tell me it gets better!!!!

At least I want a cute countdown ticker (Help!!)
