Having trouble re-sizing photos

Help! I'm using photobucket to upload my photos but when I select the size for websites/messageboards & preview my post in AW, it looks huge!!!
I don't want to post it in case it comes out too big...

Braces on! Well, so far it has been up and down....Sometimes I feel great, sometimes they bother me so much! Eating is really a challenge, but I keep thinking it will be worth it in a year!
