How do you post pictures?

I've read the FAQ but still don't understand what to do.
What public server do you guys use to post pics?

1.) Upload it to one of the image hosts.

http://imageshack.us/

2) After you've uploaded the image, use the IMG tags for the URL you've given by the image host.
