Bone graft soon after having a baby?

Has anyone had a bone graft done soon after having a baby? Also, I have read that some people can get a bone graft and the first part of the implant placed at the same time. How often does that happen and who usually is the ideal candidate for both a graft and implant placement on the same day? Thank you!
