Well I started with what I can only assume would be anxiety dreams.......oh my my ortho was pulling out my spacers...........and wow that was not very pleasent at all, I felt like I could actually feel pain!! Is it that bad to get the spacers out and than when they put on the braces??
Should I take some pain med. before my apt??

Hi,
I had my spacers out today and it didn't hurt at all, in fact it was a welcome relief from the pain they had caused the past week they had been in!
I also had ceramic uppers and lowers on today and that doesn't hurt either, it just felt uncomfortable as I had my mouth wedged open for over an hour.
