I am in my early thirties and have been braced for almost a month.
(metal gac-inovations on top and bottom)
I have experienced no pain and sadly, no progress as of yet.
This site has been very helpful and as soon as I see some movement, I'll be sure to post some pictures.
However, I dont know if it is my imagination or not but my gums seem a little swollen. Has anyone else noticed this?
