Best Dentakit refills to order in advance?

What are the refill items most likely to be needed after purchasing one of the Dentakits? Are most easily available locally at drugstores, or do you really need to get them from the Dentakit co.? If hard to find, I figure I may as well buy them when ordering the kit, but am not sure what are truly worth getting, since I don't have any experience with any of it. Thanks for any help!
