Hi and welcome to the Board!

I bet you're excited about your braces being placed on Wednesday - The placing is not that bad and even the first hours afterwards shouldn't be a problem (except from the feeling of having a lot of material in your mouth..). I only ate soft food for like for days and apart from my canker sores the pain wasn't too bad. Good Luck and let us know how it went.

@That'sMrsGeek2U: My braces were placed like yours. First I was a little scared of what the this tray should do in my mouth (The first time I had braces they were placed "conventionally"), but I think this is a good thing, as it is so fast.
