hi ive got some twin blocks ATM and they are really annoying me, i really am not wearing them for the recommended 24 hours, more like 11 ish maybe more depending on wether i wear them at school.
What is the best way to keep them clean as i find that niether retainer-brite nor just brushing works particularly well so please help there.
Also if anyone else has them do you wear them whilst eating, I don;t not sure wether you do or not though
