21 yr old braceface

i just got braces on april 7th. i only got top braces for now until my top teeth straighten up if not they will hit the bottom brackets anyway so far so good. the only thing that is bothering me is that my top teeth hit the bottom back band im affraid in going to chip my tooth. anyone else have this problem ???

also any good food ideas ??

i think that as my teeth move it is started to help not hit. i can pretty much close my teeth together without it hitting.
