Are Ovation braces much bigger than the regular metal kind?

I chose the Ovation-C braces, but they seem to stick out far on my teeth. Wonder if the plain metal are a better choice because they are smaller.

I have Innovation-C clear brackets on top and on my 6 bottom teeth. I have metal ones on the back teeth. The clear brackets are definitely larger and bulkier than the metal ones. It's really a matter of personal preference. Good luck with your decision.
