I recently had an appointment with my orthodontist on March 26th. I've had to begin wearing elastics, in the shape of a triangle (from the canine/eye tooth on top down to the canine/eye tooth and the first premolar on the bottom) on both left and right side. The soreness isn't too bad, but the bands rubbing on the inside of my mouth are pretty bothersome. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, anyone have suggestions to better this?
I have the same exact elastics. Gotta keep drinking water I guess . Also, before you put the elastics on, wash them with some water.
Hope this helps.
Good luck,
Goofy
I not only have a goofy personality but also a Goofy look..
