Just thought I'd give an update. My last appointment was Monday. He repositioned a couple of brackets, put new wires in and took out the thin criss-crossed wire on the top teeth (Not sure what it was called). I believe (really hope) I'm getting closer to the end. He's hoping to be able to get the odd shaped tooth on top, to angle in the right direction, in order for it to not look so misshaped. And also hoping to get the last stubborn bottom tooth to move in line with the others. There are also some gaps (seen from the side views), these may not be able to close perfectly due to the bone structure of my bottom teeth, but that is ok with me. The improvement is already better than I had ever hoped for! 
My next appointment isn't until June 4th.
