Braced tomorrow!

I think I've lost nearly 3lbs in the week since I've had them on, bit of a silver lining there! I've been using wax for the first time the past couple of days as my mouth is all chewed up from pokey ends. The first time I used it I completely forgot I had it in and when I went to brush my teeth nearly had a heart attack when a hard white glob fell out of my mouth I was convinced it was a tooth for a few seconds

Eek! Things like that give you a scare!! I lost about 3kgs all up but it's stopped now (probably because I can manage to suck on chocolate ) Hope those ulcers feel better soon

Good luck! I'll be following as I have a large gap as well and since you're ahead of me I'd love to see how long it will take for you to see some progress.
