College Student ... 6 Days in Braces

I'm 21, coming up on my senior year of college! YES! 
And I now look like I'm entering my senior year of high school. 
lol
It's not really that bad, actually. I haven't experienced any pain in almost a week of braces (is that a good or bad thing?). And I've also been able to eat literally the exact same things I ate before braces since Day 1. (My first meal was 3 hours after braces and included pork, rice and peas. Cleaned my plate!)
I get my elastics put on tomorrow, so maybe I'll singing a different tune then...
