Hi,

I set up my account a while ago when I was still researching braces and waiting for my orthodontic referral so I do have an intro thread somewhere already. But I just got my referral through in December and have completed all my pre-treatment consultations. I got my brace date today and it will be 13th March!

I'm 22 and I work for a language company. I'm studying for a German degree. I also play violin. I will getting fixed upper and lower braces- metal wire, clear brackets- for about 15 to 19 months. I have an overbite and trouble with crowding, especially on my upper teeth. I have a braces blog at http://www.betterlateblog.blogspot.co.uk/

You will love your clear brackets. They look great! Have you seen Faith Hill's pictures on the internet? I think that is what she is wearing. Good luck on the 13th. Clear brackets are fairly large so don't forget to wear lots of lip gloss.

OMG I googled "Faith Hill in braces" and those pics are awesome!
I'm planning to get 3M Clarity and I would be superhappy if they looked half as beautiful like hers!
