Hi

#1 Post by Jamesbcd »

Hi all, new to the forum and thought I'd make a quick intro so I don't get banned!!

My names James, I'm 23.
I had my Damon braces fitted a few days ago and not being able to eat has been a pain!
I look forward to the day that it's not so painful and I'm able to eat solid foods again!

Hopefully I can gather some helpful tips here. :)

Hi James

I have had my Damon Braces on for a month. When it came to eating I at smoothies and soups for the first couple of days. I even put food in my smoothie maker because I was starving. It tasted like food pudding but hey I needed to eat and after 3 days drinking smoothies from Smoothie King I could not drink anymore!! The pain will go away when you least expect it. Good luck on your journey :D
