my intro (beginning pics included)

i don't have the exact dates when everything was done so here's my story..
i've got a case of TMJ and some night grinding for a while. I started hearing clicking and popping when i was 17. my dentist at the time recommended i get some braces but my mom couldn't afford it. fast forward 4 years later, a decent job w/ decent pay i decide for braces. i had a consultation and soon i was x-rayed and molded and all. i had spacers in for about a week and they were the worst feeling in the world. the pressure made me sick. eventually they came out and the bottom ceramics came in. then more spacers. then a hurricane came to south florida. i had my spacers in for about 10 days before i decided to pull them out myself. my ortho finally got power back and i went in today and got an adjustment. the ligs were getting yellow and made my teeth look real yellow. a thicker wire was put on. i got my nance and some power chains on top to make space and 2 spacers on my bottom. next week i go in for my molar bands at the bottom. so far i haven't seen anything dramatic happen..i'm excited to see the outcome of the whole situation. wish me luck
