First adjustment

I had my first adjustment and thankfully they got to take out those painful spacers. They put bands over my crowns which arent that bad just take some getting use to. I thought I would be in alot of pain or atleast some discomfort since they did add a powerchain on my buttons on the top behind my teeth but to my surprise NO PAIN HERE 
. But the dentist did say when I go back on the 15th that I would need a stronger wire doesn't sound like fun to me hopefully no pain
