Hi, all I just turned 49 on Jan. 7 and got my top braces on Jan. 9. It wasn't as bad as I thought, a little pain for a few days. I go for my bottom ones on Feb.13. I have the clear ones, when I tell someone I have braces, they can't believe it. I will have them on for about 30 months, its a long haul. At times I don't want to laugh, because I feel all they can see are my braces. Well till next time.

Congrats on getting your braces! What kind of ceramics did you get? It sounds like no one can tell you have them.

I am 40 and about to get ceramics on top, metal on the bottom.

It's a good feeling to be taking care of this.
