How bad do I need braces? UPDATED with more pics

Hi all!
I had an initial consultation with an orthodontist yesterday and he told me I need braces with extraction of one upper premolar on each side. I would like to have a second opinion. Thanks!

You appears to have a class 2 division 2 malocclusion.

Adult tx options are usaully:

1. Lower jaw surgery and full braces
2. Extract to upper bicuspids and full braces

less stable:

3. try to pull lots and lots of elastics and know it may relapse to a possible compromise

If you do not want exo's go see another ortho. But his plan is valid. Just know that I am in no way trying to diagnose and tx plan you. I am only giving my comments.
