Does anyone know if having a 1-2 teeth extracted is included in the total price for braces or do you pay for tht separately? If so how much does it usually cost?

My oral surgeon pulled 4 bicuspids, and yes it was a separate charge, under my dental insurance not medical. It was $120.00 per tooth, but I was only responsible for a small part of that.

Nope, not included. My general dentist did my extractions. Two premolar extractions were $100.00.
