very loose front tooth

help, is it normal for a front tooth to become pretty, almost very loose?
i feel contsant pressure on it ever since my last ajustment 5 days ago, but
today i noticed my L front tooth is pretty loose. so loose it wiggles it feels as if i need to push it upward.

yup, it's totally normal. I think 90% of orthondontic patients experiences 'rubbery' teeth during the active treatment (brackets). Next time try to use the 'search' button because this question has been asked a million times..
