Molar Bite

I had the bottom 1st bicuspids and the top 2nd bicuspids extracted. He chose the 2nd bicuspids on the top because he said he thought I would need them. I'm concerned now though because the sizes of the remaining bicuspids are very different between the top and bottom. How will the bicuspids be able to align so that I can have a normal bite again?
