essix retainers in? I dont mean hot...but i like to sip it all day...is that ok?

Also like to add: if you use cream and/or sugar, you are setting yourself up for cavities. (Cream has sugar in it, as do the cream substitutes)
Had Damon 3 / Smart Clips for almost 2 years
Now in Hawley upper 10 hours/day, permanent lower retainers
