I'm not sure if this tip has been posted on the board before but I recently discovered cleaning your Essix Retainers with a child size toothbrush (the smallest size you can find) does wonders to keep it clean and get into all of those hard to clean places.
You can buy them in any supermarket or pharmacy.Anyone else tried this?
