Thanks everyone for the comments...

Now here is a question I shall ask... Since I'm an advet soda drinker meaning I drink at least one soda a day... Should I remove my retainers before drinking the soda, then rinse when done and put retainers back in or is it ok to drink the soda *** Filled with those acids and stuff *** while wearing the retainers?

I drink cold drinks with my retainer in. I've not had any problems with it in the year that I've had my hawley.

I will usually follow up with a good size drink of water.

well that is normally how I do it... I drink either soda alone one time a day or soda with my food and immediatly after the soda I drink loads of water!

Yes I am... in fact it's been 2 days and not a single sole except for you guys here on the forums know about my braces missing oh and the exception of my little cousin but I told her to be quiet I want to see how long it takes for everyone to notice.

Ha your right I am a proud parent of glittery pair of retainers, and now after 4 days everyone in my family is finally noticeing after I gave them a "HUGE" hint!
