AaaaarGH!!!! Losing All Patience!!!
On a scale of one to ten, I would say I have been an 11. An exemplary patient, willing to wear my elastics, avoiding the "no-no" foods, cleaning diligently, only inquiring about serious concerns and always suffering with a smile.
I am very VERY lucky. My treatment has gone well considering I had a slightly difficult case with extractions. I have been SO GOOD. With only one week left, I have no reason to complain, right?
I WANT THEM OFF!!!!!
I have had a debonding date for 47 days and I am tired of being good. I wish they had never told me they were coming off- this last bit is driving me to M A D N E S S
Whew- I feel a little better now.
Lol, I know the feeling! I even put countdown clocks on my blog and on my facebook page, had reminders on my phone etc
Upper and lower bonded retainers; Upper Hawley for night time
DEBANDED ON FRIDAY 15TH AUGUST 2008 - FINALLY!!!
Braced on 13 September 2006 - Ceramic upper and lower brackets - Estimated time was 12 Months

ah, Maryaten. That is a good question that can perhaps keep my mind off the braces...
I think they are referred to as Padawan learners... So it is always a single noun, or a Verb. Jedi- pleural is jedi... The Padawan plural might also be Padawan...
Nope- not working... Still thinking about my teeth.
Always looking to the future, Never your mind on where you are, hm? What you are doing, Hm! Braces not make one great. I must use the force...
Thanks for the kind words everyone. I'm going to hang in there. Only 9 sleeps to go. I had 12 brackets removed today so that should tide me over until then.

I know- geeky isn't it? If we put all this knowledge and power to good use, imagine what we'd be capable of!!! I know a bit about the force... Just wish I could feel it flowing through me at the moment... (Hee Hee)
I had the brackets removed yesterday- 12 of them! WooHooo!!!
Didn't have the chance to write my tale af adventure because I was out for the night. But it was adventurous!!
She plucked the brackets off, and surprizingly they just clicked off. Easy! One, however, was a little troublesome and when she finally got it off it did feel like my whole tooth came with it. It felt similar to my extractions, with a lot less recovery of course.
The sanding was pretty uncomfortable too--- however it was quick. I only had sensitivity on one tooth. The same area where the bracket was stubborn. Wonder if its related?
Anyway, she took molds for upper and lower arches - with the social six top and bottom brackets STILL ON. (The force, use the force!). When all was done, I was partially brace-free. The sides feel so wonderful. I ate a sandwich today and there were NO leftover ingrediants stored at the back of my mouth!! (Front was another story)...
So... In short I am STILL braced. Sortof. And STILL going crazy until my braces are removed.
SOOOON!!
