i got a debonding date but..

i finally got a debonding date but after taking the molar band off today i found a small gap between by molar and cuspid, my ortho said nth about this but is that normal? Should I wear braces for a longer time? (Given that I told my ortho about this and he already tired to fix it with stronger wire..)

to make things worse it seems that one of my molar is getting periodontosis and it bleeds when i brush my teeth, does happen to any of you.?

I had a gap open as well when I had the band taken off when they took impressions for my retainer.

The retainer I got wraps tightly all around my teeth and it re-closed the gap. Ask your ortho - I bet the same will happen with you.
